Become a partner

Your Region is interested in becoming a partner in the AER web portal on tourism? Then do not hesitate! 

Simply follow the steps mentioned below!

• Step 1: Fill in Document A to confirm your wish to become partner in the portal and return it to the AER Committee C Secretariat: Estelle Delangle
• Step 2: Upon reception of Document A, the AER Committee C Secretariat will send you an ‘Input form' to be filled-in by your Region and returned to the AER.
• Step 3: The AER checks the content of the input form, which provides with the raw material for your Region's pages on the portal.
• Step 4: Once the content has been checked, the AER sends it back to you, together with a technical explanation on the functioning of the portal.
• Step 5: Your Region has to enter its data on the web portal, according to the technical guidelines provided by the AER. These guidelines will be of very simple use, so that this task remains easy for your Region. In addition, phone assistance will be provided to help you upon request.
• Step 6: Your information is online! Your Region is officially partner in the project!
