Become a partner

Your Region is interested in becoming a partner in the AER web portal on tourism? Then do not hesitate! 

Simply follow the steps mentioned below!

• Step 1: Fill in Document A to confirm your wish to become partner in the portal and return it to the AER Committee 1 Secretariat: Estelle Delangle
• Step 2: Upon reception of Document A, the AER Committee 1 Secretariat will send you an ‘Input form' to be filled-in by your Region and returned to the AER.
• Step 3: The AER checks the content of the input form, which provides with the raw material for your Region's pages on the portal.
• Step 4: Once the content has been checked, the AER sends it back to you, together with a technical explanation on the functioning of the portal.
• Step 5: Your Region has to enter its data on the web portal in an easy way. In addition, phone assistance can be provided to help you upon request. The procedure is as follows:

1. Access the homepage (www.aer.eu) and click on "My Profile"
2. Log in using the AER main intranet code allocated to your region (email address + password)
3. Click on "Data for Tourism Network"
4. You will then be able to modify any field in your input form following the instructions provided on the page

• Step 6: Your information is online! Your Region is officially partner in the project!
