Region's Weaknesses

Only few large companies with substantial financial power and a large number of small companies. This balance makes it difficult to run projects together.
Seasonality, which means that the bulk of tourism is in July and August; more year-round facilities may help to spread the visitors throughout the year and make further growth in visitor numbers possible
Increasing traffic is a threat for current capacities

Integration of tourism organisations and cultural organisations
Developing a major strategic plan for the implementation of agricultural activities in tourism products
Professionalizing SME together with educational targets (school meets practice)
Developing knowledge centre for tourist industry
