Daniubius Park has two important objectives to achieve: Island sub-area and Town sub-area.
Island sub-area means founding an active ethnographic museum (ecological village) consisting of 21 houses of Romanian architectural structure arranged with traditional furniture ,with tourists accommodation function ,items also provided by the village: an inn, a pub ,horsemanship centre, archery range ,construction of housing and workshops, with shops for craftsmen, handicrafts creators ,pottery, wooden converse, folk carpets and costumes weaving shops, blacksmith shops ,etc. setting up items of specific interests for Romanian village: triptychs, wells with sweeps ,wells with wells, wind mills, swing, beach area with two swimming pools ,pedestrian roads and alleys, organising services for walks, communal supplying and administration with animal pairs and bicycles.
Town sub-area means setting up a centre for conferences, meetings and exhibitions, tourist dispatcher and park administration, which will ensure welcoming, informing and directing tourists through agencies and tourist agents /operators, guides, transport agencies ,constructions of harbour for light nautical crafts ,endowed, with platform for water entrance of the crafts, platform for winter sheltering and fuel supply point. Investment strategy concept is similar to industrial parks. Technical public utility infrastructure of the area will allow the land leasing for future construction (mini-hotels, pensions, nightclubs).
