Main tourist cities: The town of Bilgorod-Dnistrovsky, which is more than 2500 years old, is one of the ten most ancient cities of the world. The Zatoka (Karolino-Bugas) is one of the most famous health recreation centers, and includes more than 180 rest, reception and curative establishments. Zmiinyi island is an excellent place for the development of ecological tourism. The town of Vilkovo is located in the Ukrainian part of the Danube Delta. It is a town on the water, where canals are streets, and the most popular means of transport is boat. The Danube Delta is a unique ecosystem. The Danube Biosphere Reservation was established as a UNESCO biosphere reservation in Ukraine in the Danube Delta.
